“I first met Sam when we used to go to the same gym. I come from a boxing and martial arts background and although I had a lot of strength I really struggled with my flexibility.  I wanted to work with someone who could give me advice on how best to build flexibility and improve mobility and speed. Sam has helped me to get better at both and in a way that has been fun and not too ‘yoga-y’ which is what I was worried about.  Also, she makes me work my core like I’ve never worked my core. I hate her sometimes!”
